Four Years Later, The Integrity Effect Continues to Shine for AIPMA

Four years ago, the lives of the AIP Marketing Alliance team changed in a positive direction as Integrity acquired our office in Troy, Michigan, with President Rick Kisser and Chief Financial Officer Kym Kisser becoming Managing Partners in Integrity.

As a family-owned business started by Cheryl and David Kisser, the family saw a growing need to expand our capabilities through technology, carriers, limited distributed products, lead programs, training, and much more. AIPMA’s reputation in the annuity and life insurance market already had resounded in a very positive manner with more than 40 years of serving independent wholesalers and agents nationwide, but the Kisser family was looking to build for the future.

That was then. This is now. The “Integrity effect” continues to echo internally for our team members and externally for our valued wholesalers and agents. Let’s start with the building blocks of our success – AIP Marketing Alliance’s employees.

Integrity’s core values – Integrity, Family, Service, Respect, and Partnership – have been adopted and strengthened throughout our operations at every level. The family value already was strong with the Kisser family, but adding Integrity into the mix has supported many traditional endeavors.

The Casual for a Cause program gives back to local charities, and these efforts have been expanded through the Time Out for Charity donation period during Game Time. Our team also comes together to support Spring Training, Game Time, and other amazing events designed to build teamwork and camaraderie amongst our team – including team-bonding events throughout the year.

Another benefit from the “Integrity effect” involves building relationships with former competitors in the marketplace. As more IMOs/FMOs join the Integrity “family”, AIP Marketing Alliance works with these partners to jointly provide access to services, carriers, and products to support each other’s common goals as members of Integrity’s network.

Through these partners, AIPMA’s downline now has access to multiple training platforms including Accelerate video training and the recently launched Life & Annuity Resource Center (LARC). For annuity producers, AIPMA continues to add more carriers and products on the e-app FireLight platform to streamline the annuity application process. This Business Builder site also has additional marketing materials available for customization.

Another new service added through an Integrity partner involves a dedicated underwriting team, which can be leveraged to analyze specific larger or niche life insurance cases that are initially declined by a carrier. This group will review the case and see if they can resubmit through the same carrier (or a different carrier) with the goal of having it approved for the consumer.
