On the CRM side of the platform, myAIP provides a system to track your downline agents’ activities, contracting, commissions, and production based on your hierarchy and needs. We have built robust search capabilities to help guide you and provide quick access to information.

• Activities: You can track any of your agents within the system by multiple, dynamic search capabilities
• Carriers: With our 60+ carrier relationships, myAIP allows authorized users to review contact information for new business, contracting, underwriting guides, and the latest marketing materials.
• Documents: AIPMA creates specific documents designed to help you communicate to your downline. This section grants access to carrier underwriting guides and documents, life insurance charts, and term conversion charts.

Customized Advisor Portal

Powered by myAIP, our team can customize a website with the tools and resources your agents need for life insurance and annuity production. Your home page and portal will contain your logo, name, contact information and links to resources based on your hierarchy. We also can include custom links to your website or social media pages.

For example, if your agency is focused only on life insurance production, AIPMA can customize your portal only to allow access and viewing to AIPMA’s life insurance resources (white-labeled with your logo). Your portal becomes a secure, seamless extension of your agency that provides your downline with most of the tools needed to streamline business processing.

• Annuity: Our annuity search engine through Beacon gives real-time annuity rates for AIPMA-contracted carrier products, and includes an income rider calculator to assist with illustrating products for clients.
• Life Insurance: AIPMA’s most popular page involves the online/mobile term quote engine. Supported through iPipeline, this gateway generates real-time life insurance quotes through multiple carriers to compare pricing and benefits for clients. AIPMA also grants access to carrier forms, underwriting guides, our LTC spreadsheet and carrier rates.
• Online Contracting: Using SureLC, AIPMA makes the “getting appointed” process easier for your agents through online contracting. No more faxed forms or paperwork – your agents register once and then they can select from multiple carriers to get appointed.
• Calculators: Does your client need more than an illustration to purchase an annuity or life insurance product? AIPMA can provide multiple calculators to assist with retirement planning, social security benefits, RMD & Stretch IRA, saving distribution, comparisons, and early withdrawals.
• Training: Looking to add a few product lines to your agency? Through our Champions Advantage program, AIPMA also can add links to our specific product portals for term life insurance and final expense. These agent-only websites provide video training, sales tools, carrier information, lead programs, and other resources to start selling these products.
