Our Culture
AIPMA’s environment fosters teamwork and a motivated culture designed to support our motto of “Your Growth is Our Commitment” throughout our office. Our executives believe in showing appreciation to our employees, which in turn, results in a positive atmosphere with successful business results.
Our management team recognizes each employee’s birthday and workplace anniversary, plus we also support corporate events including, but not limited to: Employee Appreciation Day, International Women’s Day, Boss’s Day, Administrative Professionals Day, company picnics, quarterly team meetings, chili cookoffs, Halloween costume contests, Thanksgiving luncheons, and an end-of-year holiday party.
Occasionally, we have a Wacky Wednesday, eat a few paczkis for Fat Tuesday, share some hot dogs for Detroit Tigers Opening Day, department lunches, team walks outside, or even get together after the work day for some off-site team-building. AIPMA also implements Summer Hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day with our office closing at 3 p.m. on Fridays.
AIPMA’s members also can share many positive memories from our conferences. They’ve hit some golf balls, thrown a few axes, witnessed a Dave Santia five-minute painting creation, knocked over some fowling pins, and even tasted some of the local craft delicacies in the metro-Detroit area.
Of course, they also received some quality time with our top-rated insurance carriers to ask questions and learn about new products. This year, AIPMA has even more surprises for our valued members for the AIPMA Conference in September!
