AIP Marketing Alliance’s team is taking time to reflect and show gratitude during the Thanksgiving season. We’re thankful for our wonderful wholesalers and agents! Our team has truly enjoyed supporting your efforts this year, and we want to share our heartfelt appreciation for your business!

We asked our team, “What are you thankful for in 2025?” The AIP Marketing Alliance employees shared some personal messages of gratitude:

• Alice Spalding: I am so very grateful for the constant love and support from my family and friends who surround me. I am thankful for my pups that greet me with a smile and wagging tail every day. I am also grateful for the peaceful moments, the everyday blessings and the experiences that make life so meaningful. I am very thankful for my AIP family and the friendships I have built. Working every day with such amazing people sure does make the job easier.
• Alyssa Gavrilovski: I am incredibly thankful for my baby girl Margo, husband, family, our health & the life I have been blessed with. Living the life I’ve dreamed of growing up. 😊 I am thankful for such a wonderful work family at AIP, the roof over my head & food on my table. I am truly grateful for the ‘little’ daily things we take for granted.
• Becca Spalding: I’m thankful for my home, my family and friends, and of course my two golden retrievers, Finn and Sage.
• Colleen Bartoletti: I’m thankful for my wonderful family, friends, AIPMA teammates, and sunrise walks near Lake St. Clair. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
• Darron Markwood: This year has truly made me thankful for many things in life – as sometimes, we forget about our lives and don’t see the forest through the trees. I’ll always be thankful for my wife, Suzanne, and my sons, Brendan and Trevor. The love I have for them is something I never thought I would have – and I cherish every moment we share together. I’m also very thankful for the AIPMA team as I’ve never worked with such a cohesive group who professionally combines fun personalities to make a culture that breeds success at all levels. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving everyone and cherish those great times and positive moments in life as much as you can.
• Emily Crume: I am thankful for the health and love of my family. For the love of dear friends who continue to be there for me. For the wonderful job and employer that provides for my family and I. 2025 has been a year of change, and challenges, and I am forever grateful to continue down this path into 2026.
• Emmy Giampa: Happy Thanksgiving! What I’m most grateful for is my son, Nolan. I’m grateful for each and every day that I’m able to wake up and take him to school and do all the normal mundane things with him and all the big adventures! I’m also thankful for Thanksgiving food because who doesn’t love turkey and gravy and mashed potatoes!
• Kurt Baumgartner: I wanted to share what I am thankful for. Most of all it’s family. I’ve got a new grandson that I’ve been cherishing for the last four months. I’m very thankful for him, along with my family, my coworkers, and all my friends. Happy Thanksgiving!
• Kym Kisser: I am most grateful for my beautiful family! I know that I can count on them for absolutely anything!! My daughter Layla makes me smile and laugh every day! Watching her grow up and seeing the world as an open-ended adventure is simply amazing! I am so thankful for the world’s greatest friends! I am blessed to work with a fabulous team that I am so proud of!! I really do believe that every day is a gift. #thankfuleveryday
• Lynn Crume: I am thankful for all the blessings in my life, for my husband and children and grandchildren. I am so grateful for the friends and co-workers who are always supportive of me. I hope everyone has a safe and relaxing holiday with friends and family. Happy Thanksgiving!!
• Nanci Murphy: I am thankful for the simplest of things - good people in my life, grateful feelings in my heart and blessings too many to count.
• Rick Kisser: What am I thankful for this time of year? I am thankful for so many things… for a fantastic family that has supported me through all these years, wonderful friends that I’ve known since high school, great business associates, wonderful business partners. It’s almost too much to be thankful for!
