We understand the growing pains. In 1981, Cheryl A. Kisser founded Assured Investment Planners, Inc., which started as an independent retail insurance agency that sold insurance products directly to consumers. At the same time, David H. Kisser, CLU, owned Baseline Trailer Shop that rented U-Hauls and custom trailers – some trailers built by hand by David Kisser himself! Seeing the potential in the insurance industry, David Kisser decided to sell this business to focus on Assured Investment Planners (AIP) with his wife, Cheryl.

The Kissers passed on their business philosophy to their children, Rick and Kym, to carry the torch into the future by expanding AIP to AIP Marketing Alliance, which has grown into a strategic partner of Integrity® starting three years ago. As a part of the Integrity family, AIPMA continues to leverage their resources and other strategic partnerships to provide carriers, products, technology, leads, and other services to independent wholesalers, agencies, and agents nationwide.

Admittedly, the Kisser family felt there were times when AIP Marketing Alliance fought an uphill battle against competing distributors, which made them feel like a smaller fish in a lake – if not an ocean.
