For more than 40 years, AIP Marketing Alliance has devoted our efforts to supporting independent life insurance and annuity wholesalers and agents nationwide. Support doesn’t stop there, however, as AIPMA, an Integrity Company, continues a tradition of giving back to our local community.

Two of Integrity’s core values, family and service, provide the motivation to help those in need in the local metro-Detroit area consisting of Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties. With April serving as National Volunteer Month, AIP Marketing Alliance and Integrity both hope you will think about ways you can help those less fortunate or at least spend some time giving back to help others.

National Volunteer Month is a time to celebrate and recognize the contributions of volunteers. It is an opportunity to join the impact of volunteerism and encourage more people to get involved in their communities. This is a great month to reaffirm your commitment to giving back.

As part of the Integrity family, employees have 16 service hours per year for volunteering for causes within our community. Integrity also dedicates time during our annual Spring Training and Game Time events to encourage using those hours to benefit local organizations.

AIP Marketing Alliance’s family also maintains this tradition through brother and sister, Rick and Kym Kisser. When you walk into our Troy, Michigan office, you can see our Casual for a Cause wall that extends multiple times down the main hallway explaining how we’ve helped these charities.

Since its inception, AIPMA has donated to the following local and national organizations: Alzheimer’s Association; Angels of Hope; Berkley Cares Food Pantry; Better Life Canine Center; Boys and Girls Club; Capuchin Soup Kitchen; C.A.T.C.H.; Children’s Miracle Network; Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation; Detroit Dog Rescue; Forgotten Harvest; Fredi The PizzaMan Foundation; Friends of Ryan Kennedy Foundation; Furever Tails Animal Rescue; Gianna House; Gilian Kennedy's Healing Journey; Gleaners Food Bank; Haven of Oakland County; Ladies of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul of Oakland County; Leader Dogs for the Blind; Lighthouse of Oakland County; Life Remodeled; Lucky Fin; Michigan Humane Society; New Beginnings Animal Rescue; Pope Francis Center; Red Nose Day; Ronald McDonald House; St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; St. Leo's Soup Kitchen; Salvation Army; The Bonnell Foundation; The Eimer’s Foundation; Toys for Tots; Troy Athens High School; University Hills Elementary PTA; and the Wounded Warrior Project.

We've also made some Make-A-Wish dreams come true for children, helped build a playground, donated care packages for women's shelters, wore mismatched socks and red noses to raise awareness for causes, and even pinked out October to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer. During the holiday season, AIPMA’s team donated toys to Children’s Hospital of Michigan’s Snowpile event and volunteered time at Lighthouse in Oakland County, Michigan, to distribute household essentials.

In 2026, AIPMA also wants to continue our trend of helping others and National Volunteer Month provides a great starting point to utilize our teamwork and energy to support the charitable needs of others in the local area. We’ll provide some updates on social media as we take steps to help others in April and throughout the rest of the year through AIPMA and Integrity events.
