When talking to one of our team members, you understand why most of our employees stay with AIPMA. We've had numerous employees eclipse milestone anniversaries by celebrating 5, 10, 15 and 20 year marks during the last couple of years.

Our Culture
AIPMA’s environment fosters teamwork and a motivated culture designed to support our motto of “Your Growth is Our Commitment” throughout our office. Our executives believe in showing appreciation to our employees, which in turn, results in a positive atmosphere with successful business results.
Our management team recognizes each employee’s birthday and workplace anniversary, plus we also support corporate events including, but not limited to: Employee Appreciation Day, International Women’s Day, Boss’s Day, Administrative Professionals Day, quarterly team meetings, chili cookoffs, Halloween costume contests, Thanksgiving luncheons, and an end-of-year holiday party.
AIPMA implements Summer Hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day with our office closing at 3 p.m. on Fridays. With our hybrid work environment, employees also work remotely a few days per week.
AIPMA’s members also can share many positive memories from our Member in Motion annual conferences. They’ve hit some golf balls, thrown a few axes, witnessed a Dave Santia five-minute painting creation, knocked over some fowling pins, visit local landmarks, and even tasted some of the local craft delicacies in the metro-Detroit area.
As part of Integrity, AIPMA participates in the annual Spring Training baseball-themed events and fall GameTime huddles where our team shares time with team huddles, sports-oriented events, and even giving back to our local community.
In 2023, AIPMA's team attended the Integrity Leadership Academy created by Ziglar, Inc., and built by Tom Ziglar. These leadership coaching sessions are implemented on-site as we believe in the personal growth and development of our employees.
