Kym Kisser is the Chief Financial Officer of AIP Marketing Alliance and a Managing Partner at Integrity. For almost 20 years, Kym has worn many hats at AIP Marketing Alliance. As CFO, her main function is managing the accounting operations of the company, which includes ensuring that commission checks are paid and sent on time. Kym is considered the go-to person for all questions and keeps the office running smoothly. She is responsible for many of the company’s operational functions and is known for keeping others on-task and on-time. Kym also plays a vital role in coordinating employee activities including our charity Casual for a Cause program which supports many local Michigan charities. Kym also coordinates location, events, giveaways, and other main parts of the Members in Motion Conference.

Rick Kisser is the President of AIP Marketing Alliance and a Managing Partner at Integrity. For more than 32 years, Rick’s primary role at AIP Marketing Alliance involves keeping the business running at full capacity. In addition to recruiting new members from across the country, Rick works closely with current members and helps them grow their business and be successful. He also represents AIPMA at Integrity management meetings and specific product councils (Life, Wealth, etc.) and Rick was the driving force behind myAIP, the proprietary CRM platform built internally by AIPMA. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute. Rick also obtained and maintains his CFP and CLU designations through the American College of Pennsylvania.

As Chairman, David’s primary goal is to share his 30+ years’ of experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, and relationship development. David mostly works behind the scenes by helping to set the tone and direction of AIPMA to ensure future growth and maintenance of the world-class service we strive to provide to our members and partners.

For more than 7 years, Darron ensures effective and compliant internal/external communications and marketing efforts for AIPMA including newsletters, marketing materials, email marketing, social media, and anything else to assist our members on the marketing side to close more sales. He also serves as Compliance Officer to assist with legal/compliance matters for AIPMA and as a liaison to Integrity. Darron also captains the AIPMA team for Integrity’s Spring Training and Game Time events as he rallies the team to support these events. Darron has a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism - Public Relations from Central Michigan University and 25+ years' experience in financial services.

For more than 16 years, Chris’s primary focus at AIPMA is working with the annuity and life business development teams to help educate members on new products and programs offered by AIPMA. As Rick’s right-hand person, Chris also works closely with existing marketing alliance members to share ideas and uncover additional sales opportunities with consumers. He also works hand-in-hand with all of our carrier partners to determine sales strategy, target specific product lines, and coordinate sponsorships for our annual Members in Motion Conference (22+ years). In addition, Chris is charged with consistently recruiting independent wholesalers, agencies, and agents who sell life insurance and annuities.

Alice has more than 18 years of experience with Case Management and Insurance Brokerage. She oversees the Case Management’s day-to-day workflow and the team dedicated to supporting our agents. She ensures our new business and contracting processes are being handled efficiently and accurately with our internal resources and the insurance carriers. Her primary focus is keeping the Case Management team running at its optimum performance with our agents and the insurance carriers throughout the lifecycle of a new business application and or agent contracting. Her attention and care are also on optimizing agent experience, implementing best solutions and resolving potential issues while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

As a part of the financial industry for 20+ years, Keith Hazelwood continues to provide retirement solutions nationwide with a focus primarily in the southern United States. Keith shares that his clients' number one concern is they will "outlive their income." While showing his clients several different retirement income sources, Keith has provided his clients a balanced "game plan" that can help reduce the possibility of his clients outliving their retirement income through annuity and life insurance products. As a regional director, Keith has leveraged to recruit and help advisors/agents become successful within this industry.

Michael’s role is working with financial professionals and their clients to design and implement insurance solutions. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience working with life, long-term care, disability, and annuity products in both wholesale and retail situations, including teaching his own CE content. Michael obtained his LUTCF from The College for Financial Planning and holds the LACP certification, a program which he helped to develop for NAIFA, where he serves as Vice Chair of the NAIFA Certification Commission. He lives in Fort Walton Beach, Florida working with financial professionals and their clients in the Southeast and across the country.
