Employees put the Integrity “I” in AIPMA During Team Pinning Ceremony
A few years ago, AIP Marketing Alliance became a managing partner in the Integrity family as our employees are now “part owners” through their Employee Ownership Plan. The AIPMA team can now show their affiliation after April 8th as each employee received a golden “][” pin.
Each branded ][ pin is a symbol of AIPMA’s unity and commitment as a team to our valued independent insurance wholesalers, agents, insurance carriers, and all of our consumer clients. Employees can wear these pins to show our alignment with Integrity and multiple strategic partners located nationwide.
President Rick Kisser presented each team member with their ][ pin during a ceremony, which was followed by a team luncheon. Rick presented each person with the pin and a handshake before talking about how being a part of the Integrity family has benefited our staff as well as our wholesalers and agents.
“A couple of years ago, I talked about the ‘Integrity Effect’ and how this relationship would grow AIPMA in a positive direction,” he said. “While our 40+ years of service is recognizable throughout the industry, Integrity has become the game changer we needed to grow our annuity and life insurance business through their technology and resources.”
He added AIPMA believes in providing best-in-class service to clients and consumers, which is at the center of Integrity’s holistic approach to life, health, and wealth protection. Through its wholesalers and agents, AIPMA keeps the focus on helping families and individuals prepare for the good days ahead, so they can make the most of what life brings.
AIP Marketing Alliance will also continue growing our internal team through Ziglar-based training sessions from the 2023 Integrity Leadership Academy. This philosophy focuses on Integrity’s five main core values of integrity, family, service, respect, and partnership to keep our top-performing team inspired and focused on achieving our goals.
“You also may notice the Optimus Prime from Transformers in our picture. Each Integrity office received this Autobot as a reminder to keep transforming our ways to best suit our customers – our wholesalers and agents – and build on the resources available through Integrity and AIPMA,” Rick said. “As part of MORE in ’24, AIPMA has already set the bar high this year by launching many new tools designed to make the insurance sales process easier, faster, and better for agents and their clients.”
Employees are encouraged to wear this pin during formal and networking events to show our alignment with Integrity. We look forward to many more opportunities to wear these pins in the upcoming years and beyond.
