Integrity Foundation Giving Day Helps Support Team Members
In 2023, Integrity founded the Integrity Foundation to enhance charitable giving and impact communities nationwide.
As one of the first organizations of its kind in the industry, the 501(c)3 public charity is guided by Integrity’s deeply held core values of Family, Service, Respect, Partnership and Integrity. The Integrity Foundation mobilizes Integrity’s expansive partner, employee, agent, customer and carrier networks and connects them to enriching opportunities that help protect life, health and wealth, as well as promotes vital, vibrant and sustainable communities.
“Service has always been one of our most cherished core values at Integrity, and from day one our mission has been to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve,” shared Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder and CEO of Integrity. “The historic establishment of the Integrity Foundation helps us fulfill that mission in vital new ways, while empowering us to include other stakeholders – including our partners, employees, carriers, financial institutions and customers – in our charitable giving initiatives. This enhanced philanthropic commitment unites our team under one impactful vision and focus as we ‘Work, Win, Prosper and Share’ with a spirit of abundance and hope of leaving a legacy of impact. We are passionately committed to creating and delivering on significant service opportunities, both nationally and in the communities where our teams live, work and serve. Through the Integrity Foundation, we can intentionally guide our impact to create long-lasting change and bring families the comfort and peace of mind that helps them plan for the good days ahead. Our efforts have already transformed lives and we are excited about our future initiatives that enable us to all come together as an Integrity family to serve even more Americans!”
AIP Marketing Alliance, an Integrity Company, supports the Integrity Foundation’s fundraisers – including the annual Toy Drive traditionally held during Game Time events in the fourth quarter of each year as well as September’s first ever “Integrity Giving Day” on September 30th.
Integrity Giving Day was a way to donate funds to contribute back to employees needing financial assistance through the Integrity Family Assistance Fund. The Integrity Family Assistance Fund was created to help Charitable Class members (those eligible to apply for a grant) who are in need of immediate financial assistance following an unforeseen disaster or personal hardship. The Fund relies on support from the sponsoring organization (Integrity Foundation) and individual donations made by Integrity Foundation’s partners, employees, and/or the general public. Every donation makes a difference, no matter the amount, and combined with the donations of others, helps to provide grants when they are needed most.
This year, almost 300 Integrity team members donated during the first Integrity Giving Day – including 66 new team member contributions. The Integrity Foundation is managed by its President, Mary Elyse Farah, who previously served as President of the Celanese Foundation where she led corporate social responsibility for a network of thousands of employees globally. She also served as a Co-Founder and member of the executive team of City Year Dallas, an AmeriCorps program that helps develop students into leaders through community service.
“What makes me most proud isn't just the final number. It's what these gifts represent: teammates helping teammates, and a shared commitment to ensuring no member of our family faces life's toughest moments alone,” Mary Elyse Farah said. “Thank you for proving that when one of us needs help, we always come together.”

NOTE: Emergency Assistance Foundation (EAF) is the administrator for the Integrity Family Assistance Fund. EAF independently administers all Fund activities, including accepting donations, objectively reviewing grant applications, and awarding and distributing grants. The sponsoring organization has no visibility into individual applications or grants unless an applicant opts in to share certain details under specific circumstances. Please contact EAF for all questions related to the Fund through Integrity@emergencyassistancefdn.org or (877) 649-2838.
