Have you been keeping track of all the Integrity Game Time 2024 highlights? This season, AIP Marketing Alliance really stepped up our game plan as our employees stuck to the playbook and shined throughout – even getting a shout out from our corporate headquarters during a recent town hall meeting!

To review, Game Time is an employee engagement and encouragement program for Integrity employees during the 4th Quarter to keep them excited, motivated and engaged. Game Time is designed to keep energy high with prizes, giveaways, competitions, and a lot of team spirit.

In last month’s blog, AIPMA touched on some of the activities as we were still planning events and ideas. Let’s take a minute and get you up to speed with some of the events.

• Dress Your Pet Mascot Challenge – Photos were raining cats and dogs as our team dressed up their pets in hopes of being chosen as the Integrity mascot. While our team members didn’t win, Bella’s dog Zoe was featured in Integrity’s LinkedIn posts! Check out the highlight video here.
• Halftime Show Challenge – After some considerable thought, AIPMA decided to coincide our halftime show with our Halloween Costume Contest! Going a bit outside the box, our team practiced and took some moves from Michael Jackson’s Thriller video as our halftime performance. Check out the video here. Here’s the best part – AIPMA’s Becca (chicken) and Abagail (Colonel Sanders) received some shoutouts from Integrity during November’s Town Hall meeting! Great costumes and great job everyone!
• Rep Your Integrity Pride – Sticking with the football theme, AIPMA purchased dual-branded Integrity and AIP Marketing Alliance shirts to pose with the latest Integrity swag items (stadium seat cushion) in front of our AIPMA wall. We also decked out the area with pompoms, Game Time pennants, hats, and sunglasses. Our marketing team also created a HUGE breakaway banner where we broke through to show our Game Time energy. Check the video out here. If you see a blocked camera lens at the end, one of the spiked footballs actually landed on the camera tripod!

To finish off Game Time during Thanksgiving week, AIP Marketing Alliance employees will take a Time Out for Charity sponsored by the Integrity Foundation, which has a goal of donating more than 30,000 toys with Integrity’s Bryan Adams matching gifts made through Integrity’s wish list. The team also has enjoyed a plethora of swag and tchotchkes during this year’s celebration. Employees have received stickers, pennant, a desktop bowling game, a stadium seat cushion, message board, and portable charging kit already. During the next few weeks, they also will receive a new Integrity logo hat, a desktop tic-tac-toe game, and an Integrity mini helmet.

With those three remaining swag drops, employees also are looking for the famous Integrity gold coin hidden in one of these items. When pulled, the employee lucky enough to find it can redeem the coin for one of these great prizes: Cotopaxi backpack, a Steve Young signed football, a Hydro Flask tote, Integrity grill, a MEGA blanket, or an Integrity pickleball set. We’ll let you know who wins and update this blog when that happens!

Game Time 2024 has set the tone for finishing Q4 strong as our team has enjoyed the events and tailgate party – plus the swag has been plentiful and enjoyable. We are ready to finish the year strong and get our valued wholesalers, agencies, and agents ready to STRIVE in ’25!
