AIP Marketing Alliance, an Integrity Company, believes in giving back to the local community and beyond through multiple efforts, including our Casual for a Cause program. Team members donate $5 monthly for “casual Friday” attire, and we spin our “charity wheel” to pick where our “Casual for a Cause” funds are donated on a quarterly basis. AIPMA matches the total amount donated, and each employee submits their choice of charities to receive the funds.

At our recent quarterly meeting, AIPMA spun the wheel and selected four charities to support with our donations. Thanks to staff contributions and AIPMA’s matching, we reached a total donation of $1,460!

The selected charities included:

• Detroit Dog Rescue: Founded in 2011, Detroit Dog Rescue takes in Detroit’s abandoned, abused, and orphaned dogs, investing the time and training needed to give them a new life. (Nominated by Kym Kisser)
• Drummond Island Off-Road Alliance: The Drummond Island Off-Road Alliance (DIORA) is a Michigan-based nonprofit dedicated to the preservation, responsible use, and stewardship of the island’s extensive public land trail network. Operating on the eastern edge of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, DIORA bridges the gap between off-road enthusiasts and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. (Nominated by Becca Spalding)
• Lighthouse of Oakland County: Lighthouse endeavors to build equitable communities that alleviate poverty in partnership with and in service to individuals, families, and organizations. Lighthouse is a beacon of hope to local families in need. (Nominated by Alyssa Gavrilovski)·
• Mission Roll Call: A national, nonpartisan 501(c)(3) providing veterans with a powerful, unified voice that is heard by our nation’s leaders and communities. Mission Roll Call speaks up for every veteran, so no one is left behind. The organization captures the voices of veterans and their families through nationwide surveys, research, and advocacy that reaches policymakers and the public. (Nominated by Emily Crume)

Since its inception, the AIPMA Casual for a Cause program has contributed to nearly 40 deserving organizations making a meaningful difference in the Metro Detroit area and nationwide.
