Are you ready to finish 2022 strong?!?! AIP Marketing Alliance’s team is prepared and motivated thanks to Integrity Marketing’s Game Time season occurring throughout the fourth quarter of 2022! It’s time to come together to provide that final push through teamwork and extra effort to help AIPMA’s wholesalers and agents close those last-minute cases and help you reach your goals.

Integrity Marketing has provided some extra motivation this year with strategic partner competitions, contests and prizes, swag drops, charity donations, and much more as we balance out the workload with some fun events.

AIP Marketing Alliance employees will enjoy some amazing, free Integrity swag throughout this period, including a Bluetooth speaker, can koozie, picnic blanket, cooler bag, serving tray/cutting board, and much more. Employees also have a chance to find a gold coin, which can be redeemed for a higher level prize like Steve Young autographed items, giant Jenga, Integrity-branded cornhole boards, cooler, Theragun mini, and other prizes.

To literally kick off the Game Time celebration, AIP Marketing Alliance recorded a touchdown celebration video where they re-enacted the famous Philadelphia Eagles “baseball” touchdown celebration. AIP Marketing Alliance also held their team tailgate event at The Hub Stadium, where employees rocked their favorite sports team jerseys, participated in fowling and axe throwing competitions, received their first group of swag items, and celebrated the mid-point of Q4. Our team also made up some creative signs for Integrity’s activity challenge competition, which was based on the popular ESPN College GameDay events. The Integrity “gold coin” also was found during the event as Team Captain Darron Markwood ended up getting the lucky pull from the koozies.

“Our management team really wanted to get our employees involved in our first Game Time celebration this year, especially since we’ve been working remotely due to the pandemic and the current office renovations,” Team Captain Darron Markwood said. “It’s also our first full year with Integrity, so we have come up with some creative ways to celebrate Game Time as our team deserves a mix of fun to balance out the typically stress-filled end of the year.”

AIPMA’s next activity challenge is scheduled for November 30th, as our building hosts a ribbon-cutting ceremony to show off all of the new building renovations for our team! Tied into our third quarter employee meeting, AIPMA’s team will finally see all of the finished construction from the last few months as we open up the office to showcase our new working environment.

As part of this celebration, AIPMA’s team also will take a Time Out for Charity as employees will donate toys to a local DMC hospital location. Sponsored by the Integrity Foundation, this year’s drive will focus on children’s hospitals and medical centers.
