To review, LifeCENTER is an online portal that allows agents to create lead campaigns based on their preferred geographies and product focus. LeadCENTER allows agents to purchase pre-qualified leads in a selected area or zip code, which are then placed within the LifeCENTER platform to track using Integrity’s CRM system.

How can a PlanEnroll website connect consumers to you?

1. PlanEnroll runs national and local campaigns across traditional and digital channels to generate consumer leads, either as phone calls or data leads
2. As a trained PlanEnroll Network Agent, you can identify your geography and the types of leads that you are seeking by creating a campaign in LeadCENTER
3. PlanEnroll’s sophisticated lead routing engine directs leads to you when you are “Checked In” to connect with consumers in real-time
4. Phone calls are routed to your LifeCENTER/MedicareCENTER phone number, OR data leads are sent directly to you through the LifeCENTER/MedicareCENTER CRM

You also can customize a PlanEnroll to each of your agents with contact information, picture, and content – plus you can set up phone numbers, emails, and even customize the final expense carriers/products by self-attestation when setting up your PlanEnroll consumer-facing website. You also have access to resources and co-branded marketing options so you can connect with clients and help answer questions.

Consumers can review final expense insurance (and Medicare pricing) on your website based on your contracted carriers. If they run a quote through your PlanEnroll website, then the consumer has to contact you to submit the quote – they cannot submit a quote themselves. This process allows you to communicate with the prospect/client, review their options, and assist them throughout the application process.
