In honor of Mother’s Day, the AIP Marketing Alliance team has gathered some memories, stories, photos, and a video to celebrate Mom’s big day!

Here are a few personal Mother’s Day messages of appreciation from the AIPMA staff:

• Dear Mom,
  This is my first Mother’s Day without you. I miss the small things most of all: your goofy sense of humor, your smile, and the way you would make friends with a perfect stranger on our weekly visits to the grocery store. I would ask you, for safety’s sake, not to talk to everybody that passed you by, and your response was, “They talk to me first!” I’ll never forget the first visit without you to your favorite restaurant – the girls asked where you were and then cried when we told them of your sudden passing. They looked forward to your visits, “Here comes trouble,” they would say. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Thank you for the gift of my three siblings, who genuinely love & respect each other. Thank you for being beautiful you - you gave me the best life a girl could ask for. Happy Mother’s Day in Heaven. – Nanci Murphy
• Every day, I look at my daughter, and I thank God for bringing me the best gift anyone could ever receive. I cannot imagine my life without her! She makes my heart smile, and I feel as if I am the luckiest person alive.
  My Mom passed away four years ago, and not a single day goes by that I don’t pick up the phone to call her just to talk about the day or tell her something that Layla said. I miss her immensely! I hope she is looking down upon us and happy that she is able to watch Layla grow up, even if it is from a distance. Even though Layla only had 1 ½ years of her life to share with her Mimi, it is truly a bond that will last a lifetime! I am grateful for the time that they shared.
  Thank you, Mom, for being the absolute best! Thank you for always being there for me day or night. Thank you for listening to my problems. Thank you for helping me solve my problems. Thank you for always giving me the things I needed and for not always giving me the things I wanted; even though I didn’t understand it at the time, I do now. Thank you for teaching me right from wrong. Thank you for showing me true love. Thank you for just being amazing YOU! I love you! I miss you!!!
  Mothers and daughters have a special bond, a beautiful trust that can’t be broken, a depth of love sometimes unspoken, and a lifelong friendship built on sharing, hugs, and kisses. Mothers’ and daughters’ hearts are linked together as one, a link that can never be broken.

• This year, I want to take a moment to remember a Mom who has given so much to our lives, my wife Suzanne. She continues to make a positive difference in all of our lives with her thoughtful, loving, caring, support, and the positive impact she makes on all of us each day. Without her, I wouldn’t have a University of Michigan-Dearborn mechanical engineering graduate or a Michigan State University environmental biology honors graduate in our lives. With every hug and every moment, she keeps our family a happy and loving bunch that respects, cares, helps, and supports each other. Happy Mother’s Day, Suzanne. • My Mom was an exceptional mother who cared deeply for me and my sisters. I always thought of her as elegant and stylish. She and my father were always there for us. Unfortunately, my Mom passed away too young, and I still miss her every day.
