AIP Marketing Alliance is pleased to announce the newest additions to our team. We warmly welcome Rhonda Schreck as Case Management Associate and Charlie Moseley as Licensing & Contracting Associate.

To help you get to know Rhonda and Charlie, we asked them to answer a few questions about their roles at AIPMA, their families, and some fun facts about their lives. Read on to learn all about the two new members of the AIPMA Case Management team.

Rhonda Schreck

Job Duties / Responsibilities at AIP Marketing Alliance:
The Case Management Associate role maintains primary ownership of their annuity, life, LTC, Medicare supplement, and disability cases, including agent contracting, which requires frequent communication and coordination between agents, insurance carriers, and internal resources. I am responsible for setting my agents’ expectations appropriately and providing a world-class customer service experience based on our customers’ expectations throughout the service process.

Family:
My husband, Kevin, is the love of my life. We will celebrate 31 years of marriage in September 2021. We have three adult children. Our oldest and her husband are expecting our first grandchildren (twin boys) in December. VERY excited!

What do you enjoy doing most in your free time?
I love to cook and bake. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, relaxing on the lake in the boat, and shopping.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
Israel. The historical & biblical significance of the region. I would love to see Jerusalem and walk where Jesus walked.

What’s your favorite season / why?
Fall. I love the colors, the harvest, and the crisp, cool air.

What do you want to do when you retire?
Enjoy my home, spend time with my family, and travel.

Charlie Moseley

Job Duties / Responsibilities at AIP Marketing Alliance:
I process licensing/contracting requests for AIPMA’s prospective and existing agents.

Family:
I have three awesome sisters in my life, and they are spread out all over the US (Virginia, Nevada, Ohio), with myself residing in Greenville, SC. I also have a crazy feline (Rudy), of which he is the head of MY household!

What is your best childhood memory?
Christmas memories were always the best times in my life, and probably the best one was the Christmas before I went off to college (1989-ish).

What do you enjoy doing most in your free time?
I enjoy gaming online (Lord of the Rings) as well as working on my current painting(s).

If you won the lottery, what would you do?
Move back north where it’s cold and live off the grid!

What is something that not many people know about you?
I used to be a concert pianist, and I am a budding artist by way of paint-by-number for adults.

What is the one, single food that you would never give up?
Perfectly grilled medium-rare ribeye steaks (with just a pinch of salt!)

What’s your favorite season / why?
My favorite season has changed drastically over the years, but I am now most physically comfortable with the late fall and wintertime. As I am currently living in South Carolina, we don’t see too much cold weather, and I welcome it each and every time we have some.

What do you want to do when you retire?
Absolutely nothing except for catching up on my sleep as it seems as I can never get enough!
